So how do we do it? The answer is simple – we start with solid, proven, materials and designs creating products that will sound great and will last forever. In this aspect, we do not differ from most other respectable audio manufacturers. Where we do differ, and where you as the end user can benefit greatly, is in our approach to advertising. Contrary to our competitors who spend huge amounts of money advertising their brands, we do not advertise our brand on radio, TV, or print. All our business comes from repeat customers, referrals, and independent (free) reviews on the internet and in print. Face it, somebody is paying for all those ads and it is invariably the final end user – You. Further, companies that spend a lot of advertising money with consumer magazines will inevitably get good reviews. Do you really want to trust a review glorifying the performance of a speaker when the manufacturer is sporting a huge two-page ad on the next page?
Backing our commitment to our customer is our LIFETIME warranty. If your speaker is broken, send it back to us and we will replace it. If it is an older model, we will replace it with a comparable newer unit.
